What We're Based On

The below information is what was written by our Owner and Founder, Rylie Osmon. This was made in order to form the structure and idea for the business. It was the main idea Rylie wanted to follow when setting this all up. 

What we've come to learn is that there is a large range of folks, of all ages, who don't know what their devices day-to-day are capable of, or how they can make your life easier. So, we exist purely to assist those folks with getting better at the things they own, so they can make the best of their purchases.

Problem Statement:

Less tech-literate people struggle to use modern technology.



Mission Statement:

Educate the less knowledgeable to use technology in ways that may benefit their lives, so that they can continue to flourish in the modern day.


What are things I can do to solve this problem (noting in advance that all clients may learn different ways and at different rates)?

1 - Digital and Media Literacy

1a. Educate on Phishing, Smishing, Pig Butchering identification,

1b. Educate on the dangers of Artificial Intelligence and how it can be used to deceive those not trained to see it.

1c. Educate on Social Media Etiquette.


2 - Everyday Device Functionality

2a. Educate on Phone and app usage.

2b. Educate on Internet Downloading and Browsing Safety.

2c. Educate on Password Security and Account Management.


3 - Routine Assistance Training

3a. Educate on Routine Setting Abilities on Certain Products.

3b. Educate on Smart Enabled Devices and Investigate/Describe Their Possible Uses.

3c. Educate on How To Use Their Home Network (and Further Manage It).
